Q: “where is my order?"

please allow up to 3 working days to process your order, starting from the order confirmation date.

Once your order has been shipped, an email including your tracking number will be sent to you.

Q: “Do you ship worldwide?”

 

Of course we do!

Shipping

We offer standard and express shipping for all orders to Hong Kong and worldwide. To reduce waste, we ship the entire order. If your order includes custom items or pre-ordered items, we will ship all at once once the items arrive.

Worldwide Orders

Standard Shipping: Free shipping within 10-20 business days

Express Shipping: Free shipping within 2-3 business days calculated at checkout

How fast do we ship?

We ship from our warehouse (USA) within 24-48 hours of order purchase, depending on stock availability and credit verification. Customers who choose express delivery must also allow 24 to 48 hours for order processing before shipping.

We will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but delivery times may vary. Weekends and holidays are not included in the delivery time for express delivery services.

Please make sure all shipping information is correct. Orders returned due to invalid addresses may incur an additional shipping fee of $9.99 if re-shipped.

 

Q: “What payment options do you accept?”

We accept PayPal.

 

Q: “What are your products made out of”

All of our jewellery pieces are made from Stainless steel and our gold plated options are 18K PVD gold plated stainless steel

 

Q: “What does hypoallergenic mean?”

Hypoallergenic jewellery means that there is minimal risk of causing an allergic reaction. We cannot guarantee everyone will have the same experience, but we do recommend hypoallergenic jewelry as the best option for those with sensitive skin.

 

Q: “Is your jewellery water resistant?”

Physical vapor deposition, or PVD, is a process we use for coating our stainless steel jewellery. The technique involves “blasting” the gold onto the base metal at a high temperature. During the process, the material moves from a condensed vapor phase into a thin solid film. PVD coatings over stainless steel are more resistant to corrosion from water and regular wear than gold plating. You can swim, shower and sweat in our jewellery. *Avoid all contact with lotions and perfumes as both will contribute to fading the plating a lot faster.
