Jewelry Features:

We are committed to accurately describing all jewelry products (including precious metal color, gemstone type, carat weight/size, color, clarity, cut, origin, etc.).

Natural gemstones have individual differences such as color and inclusions. The website pictures are for reference only and the actual objects may be slightly different.

All diamonds up to 0.30 carats or more are accompanied by an internationally recognized appraisal certificate. The certificate needs to be applied for from the merchant and sent to the consumer's email address via email.

Pricing and Errors:

The price of the product is subject to the website mark (currency: Hong Kong dollar HKD / US dollar USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

If the price of the product is obviously wrong (whether too high or too low) due to system errors, human negligence, etc., we reserve the right to cancel the order and will notify you in time.

IV. Order and purchase process
Placing an order: Adding the product to the shopping cart and completing the checkout process constitutes an offer to purchase.

Confirmation: After receiving your order, we will send an order confirmation email (no reply within one day is deemed as default).

Acceptance: The final acceptance of the order is subject to the "Shipping Notice" email we send to you or the actual shipment of the product. Prior to this, we have the right to reject or cancel any order due to insufficient inventory, price errors, payment verification issues, suspicious activities, etc.

Customized products: If you purchase customized jewelry (engraving, special size, design modification, etc.):

Additional confirmation required: After the order is confirmed, our designer/consultant will contact you to confirm the final details. Custom orders are deemed to be formally accepted after both parties confirm all details in writing (email/internal letter).

Cancellation restrictions: Once a custom product is put into production, it cannot be cancelled or returned unless there is a major defect or we are at fault (see Return Policy for details).

5. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: PayPal, Alipay, Bank Transfer.

You guarantee that you have the legal authorization for the payment method you use.

All payments must be completed within 1 working day after the order is confirmed. Overdue orders will be automatically cancelled.

The ownership of the goods remains with the company until you pay the full amount.

6. Shipping & Delivery

International transportation: We use reliable international express services (such as DHL, FedEx, EMS, etc.) to deliver worldwide.

Shipping and tariffs:

Return process: You need to contact customer service in advance to obtain a return authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Refund: After receiving and accepting the returned goods, a refund will be processed to the original payment method (excluding original shipping costs) within 7 working days. The time for the refund to arrive depends on the payment service provider.

Handling of defective products: If you receive goods with obvious workmanship defects or seriously inconsistent with the description, please contact customer service within 7 days after signing for them and provide evidence. After verification, we will bear the return shipping costs and provide free replacement or full refund.
