I. Core Principles

II. Scope of returnable products

III. Return conditions (must be met at the same time)
Time limit requirements: After signing Submit application within 14 natural days (local customers in Hong Kong) / 30 natural days (international customers, considering customs clearance time)
Product status:
Jewelry is not worn, scratch-free, and undamaged
Original labels (price tags, material labels) are intact
Full set of packaging: dust bag + gift box + warranty card
Complete certificates: GIA/IGI and other appraisal certificates must be returned

Step ② Provide order number + product picture + problem description
Step ③ Return after receiving the return authorization code (RMA)

V. Non-refundable scenarios

VI. Detailed explanation of the return process
Step 1:

Step 2: Send back the product
Local customers in Hong Kong:
✓ Free door-to-door pickup (appointment required)
✓ Self-delivery to designated outlets (covering SF Express/7-11)
International customers:
✓ Use DHL/FedEx prepaid label (system generated)
✓ Self-return: only accept tracking service, keep the waybill number!
📦 Packaging specifications:
① Inner layer: soft cloth wrapped jewelry + shockproof filler
② Middle layer: original brand gift box
③ Outer layer: hard courier box (envelope bags are prohibited!)
Step 3: Inspection and refund
↳ Quality inspection team issues report within 48 hours → email notification of results
↳ Confirmation letter sent after refund is triggered
VII. Special terms for high-priced jewelry (>HKD 50,000)
In-store returns:
Appointment for inspection and refund at the Hong Kong showroom (completed on the spot)
ID card + order receipt must be brought
Insurance requirements:
You must purchase insurance service (insured at 110% of the value of the goods) for return
No responsibility for loss/damage of uninsured persons
